Totally a game changer! ** ** Never try to change what was! Always work on what’s new! ** ** I woke up this morning feeling fatigued both mentally and physically (meetings after work will do that to you!). But instead of skipping my workout (like I really wanted too), I drank my energize and pressed play. ** ** I was a little disappointed when I realized I couldn’t lift as heavy as I did last week, but why be disappointed when I already won. I pressed play! I did my work out! I focuses my mind on the fact that I have to focus on the new. And the new is now, not last week. Not what weights I lifted but what I could do NOW! ** ** Everyone struggles. And that’s why I do what I do. I want to be there for others to help them with their struggles and successes! Who else is feeling the time crunch? I have more on my to do list than minutes in the day. Well, that is what it feels like anyway. - It is so easy when times get hectic (and let's face it if you are a mom that is every day) to put myself last. But how can I take care of my babies and give them the day they deserve if I feel like 💩. - I spent a total of 30 minutes today on my workout. Which including changing out of my pajamas and into my workout clothes. Drinking my mama's little helper and getting to the gym (aka walking to my basement). - I have to make the time because my babies deserve the best mama I can be. #feelbettertoday#getbettereveryday
To be honest, I’ve been putting off my workout all week, which is why today, my normal rest day, is NOT a rest day.....I almost said, I can do it later after work. Except I know my own bullshit. So I rolled out of bed, filled up my water and here we are.
