How prepared are you for this week? If you didn't plan yet it's not too late. Write your workout schedule into your planner and hit the grocery store!
Remember even a quick at home workout will be better than nothing so it's okay to not have an hour at the gym to plan on.
It's also fine to use the "shortcuts" at the grocery store, by the pre chopped or frozen veggies. Get a rotisserie chicken that is already made. These save a lot of time if that is that is what's holding you back.
