9 months post op. Getting closer to a year and closer to kicking and competing.
Texas made. Texas strong.
Knee is doing good. Healing up well finally running and starting to do controlled cutting movements, max on box squats is 140 and rom is just shy of matching my right leg.
Need to work on my single leg squats so that I may start jumping and getting closer to pivoting. It's a hell of a journey but that light is getting closer. #justkeepkicking
