Why do I do this? Every morning I wake up around 5:00am and start getting ready for the gym. Do I always want to go, absolutely not but I know I have to. It may not be easy trying to fit a workout in before my clients but I know IT must be done. Not because I wanna look good for the beach, or so I can be the strongest guy but because it brings me a piece of zin I've yet to find anywhere else. This 1-1.5 hours is my time to express myself in the purest form possible. I've met some of the best and most influential people in my life because of the gym and my job. My friends and clients have inspired me soo much through seeing their own progress, as well as keeping me accountable of my own, WE ARE A COMMUNITY. And the best part is it's so easy to do, JUST GET UP AND GO. Take a class, walk the treadmill, lift some weights, whatever it is JUST GET UP AND GO. You know what you're gonna notice? It's contagious. You'll feel good. You'll want to go back. And not because of any superficial reason but because of how it feels to break that plateau you've been grinding for, or releasing some of life's stresses by working out, or simply just getting away from work for a bit. Sometimes this shit is just therapy. I can't stress enough how much the gym has changed my life. The grind has given me a confidence and consciousness for myself in a way nothing else can. I truly believe it saved my life and just want others to realize what it can do for you. We all give off energy to those around us and you'll find some of the most positive vibes and positive people right down the road in your local gym. So commit, commit to the workout, commit to your goals, commit to your life, and JUST GET UP AND GO.
