Intento meditar todos los días un ratito. Hay momentos en que necesito más, porque es un alimento increíble para el alma, para la vida... Si nunca meditaste es importante que encuentres un lugar tranquilo para hacerlo y elegí un buen momento para meditar y asegúrate de meditar siempre a la misma hora. Por lo general el momento ideal para la meditación es temprano en la mañana y en las horas de la noche, antes de dormir. También es bueno asegurarse de que todo lo que pueda distraernos de la práctica, como los teléfonos, estén apagados o no están en la misma habitación.

Foot placement is around shoulder with and step behind the bar. Lower by pushing your hips backwards, then go up using only your hips. Knees are bent slighty to really put that stretch on the hamstrings.
