How are you starting your day? What's keeping you motivated throughout the day? Although the past week or so hasn't been my best and I feel like I've been shat on left and right, I've been blasting through my workouts because it keeps my mind clear, heart pumping, and body tight. Find your own happiness within yourself before relying on someone else to make you happy. If you don't like your situation, change how you react to and feel about it. At the end of the day you can't change someone or how someone treats you, but you can be the better person by treating them how you'd like to be treated. The world isn't fair, we aren't perfect, but you can start by being a better version of yourself and make yourself happy. Don't worry about others because they could care less about you. Look out for number one, that's you.
Btw if you haven't noticed I pretty much spend more time at @ufcgym @ufcgymhonolulu @ufcgymwaikele @ufcgymmililani than I do with people. I wonder why...?!
