No ‘time’ for your injury rehab? Then try incorporating it into your daily routine. 👌 For me, once the acute injury phase of my #anklesprain was over and I had established balance, proprioception and sufficient strength around the joint, ‘single leg ops’ was (and still is) the standard!
Whether brushing teeth, making a coffee or folding laundry, I try and incorporate some unilateral work, calf raises, hopping, squats. (Not ALL the time, I may add😂🤣).
Today was dishwasher unloading on one foot (the rehabbed one). You gotta do, what you gotta do!
