Been working on my springs lately🐰🚀 Really been working on being more explosive 💣‼️⁣

✔️Power= Force X Velocity ⁣
✔️By working on my strength and speed off of my jump, I’ve already seen some results increasing my vert.⁣

1) Seated box squats⁣
2) Depth jumps ⁣
3) 3 X 5 225lbs squat w/ an emphasis on really exploding up⁣

*I always warm up with heavy kettle ball swings and focus on extension of the hips to activate my posterior chain*⁣ ⁣

アジア大会の200mは見事でした。高校3年生から大学に上がる前の動画です。はじめてやる動きにもかかわらず着地もピタ、と決まっていて脚の筋力すごいんだろうなぁと驚いた記憶があります。
ここから5年後にアジアの頂点へ。 前に出した脚の下へ踏みつける力と後ろの脚の腸腰筋などの股関節屈筋の出力がどちらもしっかりでていて、その上で腕振りのタイミングもあうと上方向に大きく跳ぶことができます。
高校生のうちからここまでできたらすごいです。

Learn to control the weight. Sometimes focusing on the eccentric phase (lowering or negative portion of the movement) is the most important. Can you control the weight as you lower? As your muscles lengthen? Or does the weight fall fast? Think about this on any movement from bicep curls to even sitting down into your chair at work.

Dynamic deadlifts. Here @winans_h80 is performing a Conventional Deadlift as explosively as possible. The focus here is to throw the bar as high as possible! If your Glutes and Hamstrings are lighting up you’re doing these perfectly. Be very aware of any lower back discomfort or pain.
