Tip #8 - CORE POWER. You will never reach your maximum vertical if you have a weak core. As we know, the act of jumping is a full body movement. The power first comes from yours legs, through your body, all the way up to your arms. If your core is weak it won't be able to transfer all that power throughout your body therefore resulting in a weaker jump. Good ways to train your core are
