Here’s an idea for a 4 min HIIT workout you can do anywhere. Perform each move for 20 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds in between. You can double up for a longer workout and also swap out exercises. Have fun! #circuittraining
Here’s what I did in this video:
1-Blast Off Push-ups
2-Side lunge (right leg)
4-Side lunge (left leg)
5-Star sit-ups (left arm; right leg)
6-Side lunge to curtsy lunge (right leg)
7-Star sit-ups (right arm; left leg)
8-Side lunge to curtsy lunge (left leg)
