Week 6 - Six Pack Shred! 💪🏻
Over a month ago I got back from my holiday and felt bloated, lethargic and heavier! So I joined a 6 week program and am really pleased with the results. I’ve been eating healthier, running more, doing HIIT, weights and the ab exercises that the lovely @juliabfit has set. Thanks for the motivational push I needed Julia 😘 I’m feeling toned, lighter, stronger and fitter. 💪🏻🏃‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ 🙌🏻🎉🎉💕💕💕

ooh I felt that. I have taken the day off and chose to spend half an hour of it exercising. Now my thoughts turn to what I'll do after the 6 pack shred.
I've enjoyed this and thank you to #juliabfit for offering this free programme and for removing each one after a week- was a good motivator to get started. Now to enjoy the sun. @juliabfit

40sec effort, 10sec rest x2.
60sec hip tuck plank.
AFTER a 25min bike pyramid set then a 20min S&C session.

Here's a full-body-sculpting fat torching weighted workout for you!

The first vid is the Advanced version and the second is Beginner options.

Tag someone who might like it!

Advanced:
.
1. Squats x 14.
2. Push ups x 8.
3. Lunge and press x 14 (per side).
4. Renegade row to 4 cross knees x 8.
5.vBurpee to upright row x 14.

Take quick breather for around 1 minute after doing the circuit then repeat. Your challenge is to do a total of 4 rounds with the heaviest weight you can manage whilst maintaining good form.

Beginner:
.
1. Squats x 14.
2. Knee Push ups x 8.
3. Lunge x 14 (per side).
4. All 4s row to plank x 8.
5. Step burpee to side arm raises x 14.

Do 3 rounds of this circuit with a 1 minute break after each round.

day 2 down of week 4 of #sixpackshred #juliabfit @juliabfit. Monday I did 6 pack shred, Tuesday I did day one of #4weeksummershred which I LOVED and today I did day two of 6 pack shred. find it easier today than on Monday that's for sure!
