OK, I am now massively excited about the new program I'm working on! ☄
If you're someone who tends to dip in and out of fitness, or you struggle to stay consistent with healthy eating, or after years of trying hard you just can't seem to get to a point where you're happy with your fitness levels and/or the condition of your body, this could be for you.
It might also be for you if you're feeling like you want to reconnect with your body, to get more comfortable in your own skin, and even if you just generally want to pursue a happier way of "being" in life.
