I just spent 3 weeks working on speed, agility and strength. It felt really good to stick to a program and build my strength back up!! Today I started a 2 week yoga challenge for myself. I put away my weights and got out my mat. It felt good to slow down a bit.
I still worked up a sweat and I still got my heart rate up but slowed down my mind.
This is definitely a great benefit of having over 600 workouts at my disposal. I've been a breakfast kick lately - testing out new smoothies and eliminating eggs 🍳 (which honestly, are my favorite breakfast )
My reasoning is to figure out what makes me feel the best all day. Smoothies win! Eggs are making me bloated and besides not wanting to feel that way I don't want the extra I inflammation in my body right now 😎
