Did you know that February is National Heart Month? Try adding cardiovascular exercise to your daily routine! There are 3 types: High Impact, Low Impact & No Impact. Examples - High Impact = Anything where your feet come off of the ground. It's a little harder on your joints. Low impact exercises include the eliptical and cycling & no impact exercises include aqua and any other activity that takes the added impact off of your joints. 💪🏼I challenge you to 3 cardio sessions this week!
