High 🖐🏼 for day 5!
If you watched my story, you know I did NOT want to do this workout. Like I said before, some days are easier said than done. I fell asleep on the couch after work and would have much rather stayed there for the night 😴
But like autumn said "Don't quit, the only person you're quitting on is yourself and don't cheat because the only person you're cheating on is yourself". I'm doing this for me and couldn't let myself down!
Plus how should I expect my challengers to check in and get their workouts done if I can't even do mine?! Two way street of motivation here and I gotta hold up my end...so day 5/21 is DONE! 👊🏼
