Spicy noodles + tteokbokki all-in-one! Totally insane 😍
Pork Marinade Sauce: 1tsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Pinch Pepper
100g Pork Front Chuck,
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Oil, 1/3 Piece Green Onion, 2 Leaves Al Baechu (Al-Cabbage), 1/4 Onion, 1/4 Piece Zucchini, 1/3 Piece Carrot, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1/2tbsp Soy Sauce, 15 Tteok Bok Ki Tteok(Cylinder Shaped Rice Cake), 1 Piece Fish Cake, 600ml Vegetable Stock, 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1 Tbsp Sugar Syrup, 1 Handful Oyster Mushroom, 1 Handful Chinese Noodle, 120g Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded Green Onion, 1 Boiled Egg, Fried Kimbap
1. Marinate the pork.
2. Stir fry the marinated pork
3. Put the red pepper oil on a pan and stir fry green onion. Add al-baechu, onion, zucchini, carrot and season with red pepper powder and soy sauce. Stir fry in high heat.
3. Add rice cake, fish cake, vegetable stock, red pepper paste, sugar syrup, and oyster mushroom. 4. Boil until rice cake is soaked with taste. Add boiled Chinese noodle and mozzarella cheese.
5. Serve tteokbokki with bulgogi, shredded green onion and boiled egg.
