Easiest Summer Berry Tart.
Preheat oven to 350F (180C), layer 8 sheets of filo pastry and brush each layer with butter as you go, crimping the edges (or not). Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile mix 1 cup Mascarpone + 1/2 cup lemon curd in a small bowl - leaving chunks of curd in there is delicious also. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup pitted fresh cherries + 1 cup sliced strawberries + 1 tbsp wild blueberry jam. Once the tart base cools spread the Mascarpone and top with berries + lemon zest. 💁🏻 #howisummer
