I made the decision 3 months ago to take my life back. I followed this workout plan & I made my own nutrition plan. I rested on Sundays otherwise I was in the gym 6 days a week. After my first 6 weeks I was down 25lbs, then I alternated moves which @bodybuildingcom offers on the site with a video to show you exact what to do. I repeated 6 weeks again and ended up a total of 40lbs down. The workout was a guide for the gym because I get tired of my own routine at times. I tried something new on a gamble and loved this workout. I'm stronger I'm leaner and put my stamp of approval on this decision here. This is 6 week short cut to shred and if you are joining the 8 week challenge group this is a good step towards the body you want and $20k. Oh and I added a measuring chart. Even though I have been sick for a week and a half now and have coughed through every set of every workout, you will not see me be defeated!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ I have worked too hard the last few months to let a little sickness stop me from reaching my goals! ๐Ÿ˜œ I started a new program on Monday called Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred that I discovered on @bodybuildingcom . ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ I was finding myself bored with my regular lifting routine and decided that I needed something a little more structured and a little more intense in preparation for my trip to Cancun in August! ๐Ÿ˜Ž Let me tell you... it will whoop your butt! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Instead of resting during your sets, you do 1 minute of some type of cardio! I am 3 days in and even though I have been working out for months already, it's kicking my ๐Ÿ‘!! You don't have to follow a program to get healthy or to get into shape...just get out and do something! Probably the worst first pictures I could have but the gym I went to has no full length mirror ๐Ÿ˜ซ. โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ workout today. โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ side lateral raise x16 ss. step ups w/ db x 10 ea. (5x) โž–โž–โž–front bb raise OH x 12 ss. Jumping lunges x 10 ea. (3x) โž–โž–โž–bent over rear delt raise x 16 ss. DB clean x5 (3x) โž–โž–โž– leg extensions x 16 ss. 5 squats 5 pulse x3 (3x) โž–โž–โž– seated hamstring curls x 16 ss. Jumping ice skaters x 15 ea. (3x) โž–โž–โž– 3x 10 calf raises each way. โž–โž–โž– topped it all off with practicing press handstands

Today I'm the thinnest I have ever been since about 4th grade. Couple years ago I maxed out at about 180 and now weighing 151.6 pounds . I'll be starting the Jim Stoppani Shortcut to Shread 6 week program and I invite you on my journey to loose body fat and gain muscle.
