So I’m sooooo late in posting this, but my results from my 80 day program are in!
Down 6 lbs and 5 inches.
I know it may not seem like a lot but guys, I went from lifting 10/12/15 to lifting 12/15/20.
I went from not being able to do push-ups on my toes to being able to doe push-ups on my toes WITH bands and sliders.
80 days is done and it’s onto the next program after a (much needed) few days off.
