Cream of Butternut soup is here again. 🎊🎊
1 chopped onion
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4tsp black pepper
Salt to season. *You may use water or Vegetable Stock*
Dices carrots, Celery, broccoli and onion.
Boil and strain them.
Method of prep:
1. Bring all ingredients to boil and slow cook them for 30 mins.
2. In that procedure, all ingredients are boiled together in 3/4 Vegetable stock or water.
3. Blend the dish and add coconut oil.
4. Garnish with the seeds or some parsley.
