Quick airport workout to keep your blood going on a long flight!
Since I’ll be flying for the next 6 hours hence not moving at all I figured it’s better to do it prior!
5️⃣ exercise circuit 🏋🏻
20 total backward lunges
15 (each leg) kick backs
15 (each leg) standing abductions
15 good mornings
Repeat 2 times!
