Routines are essential.
I never use to be a morning person. I use to struggle to get out of bed. Ask my mum or any of my housemates i use to sleep in untill 2pm if i could.
Now i get up at 5.15am every morning, and go smash a work out before work. .
People often ask why in the morning? Doesn't that make you tired for the rest of the day? Nope its the complete opposite. I have 10 times more energy, i feel more alert and awake. If i train after work, i would be up all night. Training in the morning is just like a morning coffee for me. .
It takes 28days to form a routine, so push through it. Trust me there is nothing better then being done at the gym before 8am, you have the rest of the day to so other things. Weather thats work, shopping, cleaning or just chilling at home. You will thank yourself later. It also takes away from the umming and arhing weather or not you will go to the gym after work. .
