So let’s look at all the reasons I never would have posted this picture in the past:
1. Most importantly, the “armpit flub”. Have hated that (COMPLETELY NORMAL) part of my body since I was a teenager. I would constantly be pulling my tank tops and bathing suits back over the “flub” (do these things have a name? 😂) because I thought that they meant I was fat, and they needed to stay hidden.
2. The arm waves...see those ripples on the underside of my arm? Probably not until I pointed them out, cause no one else notices (or cares about) that shit but us.
3. My thighs look thick as hell and as much as I am now #teamthickthighs I used to hate them because, again, they meant I was fat, right??
4. My nails aren’t painted and they look bald and stubby. 😂
GUESS WHAT I THOUGHT WHEN I LOOKED AT THIS PICTURE TODAY?
“Ummm, who is THAT? 😍” And that is really all there is to it. You can either pick yourself apart for the most ridiculous things or you can start to work that mindset muscle and learn to celebrate your damn self. Cause you’re awesome. And your shoulder muscles are poppin’. 😜💪🏻💕💫 -
