Do you ever get sucked into a project and the next thing you know it is like 2 hours past when you wanted to go to bed?
Yep, that happened last night. So, when I woke at 5:45 I strongly considered delaying my workout for the day and staying in bed. But, I knew it wouldn't do me any good, so I got up, drank my pre-workout and dragged my workout buddy down with me. The kids joined us, too. Gotta keep pushing. Why do I show up nearly every day-even when I'm tired? 👉. Seriously decreases my stress levels and makes me a happier Mom
👉Somehow raises my energy level for the ENTIRE DAY
👉Helps me to focus better
👉Gives me confidence
So, while I don't always jump up ready for the day, I do get up and soon after I feel better about my choice.
