You can't always choose how you feel. You may not FEEL like getting out of bed, eating a salad, working out. But you always choose how you act! Make the decision to do these things to reach your goal.
Sitting here in bed listening to a book and this just stood out to me. We allow our emotions to dictate how we act instead of just acting inline with where we want to be.
