Hard to believe that a year ago me and the #jdcore crew were completing a full tough mudder race. To say this was the most physically and emotionally challenging thing I have done to date is an understatement. Between the hours of rain, wind, sleet, mud, hills, slides, falls and walls... we all finished (even running through live wires at the end!) but most importantly this taught me that you can do anything you set your mind and heart too and that it’s okay to have a support system around you that will pick you up when you fall. You don’t have to go at it all alone. Sometimes I have to remind myself of this and seeing this on my timeline is a swift reminder that I CAN and WILL accomplish whatever goals I set. Just takes a little more grit and not be afraid to get your hands a little dirty. #toughmudder #letsdothis #jdfitfam #jdfitteam #getgritty
