Here's why it's her fave: "This is a small dessert that packs a huge punch! A puff pastry disk is layered with sliced bananas and smothered in toffee. Once it is baked off, it is served with a creamy quenelle of honey ice cream and warm, citrus caramel sauce is drizzled over the dish tableside. It’s so good…I can never turn it down!"

Meet our General Manager, Amber Ault (@amberdault)! She's a coastal SoCal native, but discovered her passion for hospitality while attending the University of Hawaii where she obtained a degree in Natural Sciences and Biology. She brings to Bourbon Steak extensive experience in operations management and leadership, but also a sense of unity to our team. In her role as general manager, she leads the restaurant’s food and beverage team. She is also a certified sommelier!
