It took me a little research to find this image from this scene of #soa in #ireland.
To me, this was such an important moment. Jax reached a crossroad - He was torn that Abel was kidnapped but when he saw him with this loving, traditional, couple in the market, he knew that Abel would never have that peaceful life with him-
It was such an emotional moment that had Jax doubting, torn, and so confused.
The adoptive parents get killed in that episode and you can see Jax taking care of their bodies in such a loving way....He was in a way thankful, but he couldn't let Abel stay in Ireland.
I don't know why this scene did not get more attention.
My first tear was shed during this scene, I had a knot in my stomach. After this scene I was hooked.
Imagine for a second if he had let Abel stay with this couple..Abel would have had a normal and safe life. He would have been saved from so much pain and a turbulent life.
Parents sometimes do the most heart wrenching things to protect their children but our love for them makes it imposible to let them go.
That is why Tara acted the way she did, towards the end.
During the last episodes we see a different Jax . He lost all control and finally ended giving up his children (to Nero and Wendy, after Tara was killed by Gemma).
The show ended as a full circle from this scene in Ireland,to the final goodbye with his boys, before taking his "final ride". After Tara was killed, he ended doing what he doubted of doing in Ireland 😞:
-He put the lives of his children in Nero and Wendy's hands, so they could have a better life-
His family brought him peace and his club family, brought him an internal war with himself. He realized he turned in to a monster, and he didn't want his kids to live knowing this.😭 #sonsofanarchy #igotthis #soa#maggiesiff #jaxandtara #charliehunnam #jaxtellerquotes @i_got_this_soa #jaxteller #abelteller #sonsofanarchy @kurtsutter #kurtsutter best writer, great talent!!!!! @soaaddicts.mayanaddicts #soaandmayanaddicts
