Shabbat Shalom beautiful people! It is the day of rest and I can enjoy this day knowing I worked diligently to get here. I weighed in @183.2lbs and my waist is 29.25in. I believe that is 30lbs down on the dot, and around 8in off my waist. The graph shows my progress thus far on this prep. I also want to talk about a topic I feel I will continuously have to reiterate: nutrition. I have posted my progress, training, and what I ate this entire prep to give people a better understanding of what it truly takes to diet down to your ideal/goal weight. In the entire time (4 month & 1 week) you haven't seen me demonize any particular foods. I haven't denied myself anything either. I have eaten pizza, take-out, candy bars, ice cream, cookies, bread, soda, chips, carbs, sugar, turkey, eggs, veggies, etc. And without fail I have continually made progress. I have given concrete data to prove it. I say that to qualify yet again that there are no "bad foods". Now, that isn't saying you can't have an opinion about certain foods/food groups. However, your body doesn't "think" of food. It digests, extracts, and expunges, period. I have been eating like this for years now. I can eat like this for the rest of my life. The secret isn't demonizing & denying yourself. To do that is reinforcing your bad relationship with food. The secret is to know food is your tool, you control it not the other way around. Once you adopt this perspective. You will no longer need to deny yourself anything, and you will continuously progress for the rest of your life. Until next time.
