The forgotten Japanese tomb on Mount Faber. Situated away from the tourist spots on the jungle slopes of Mount Faber is a tomb of a Japanese engineer. He was despatched to Singapore after its capture from the British & worked in the shipyards. He succumbed to illness due to overwork & died few months after his arrival. The reasons are not clear why he is buried here by the Japanese officers but for now it will stand here as a forgotten figment of World War 2. #singapore#world war2 #Mountfaber#japanesetomb#mitsubishiheavyindustry#japanesearmy
