I call this #ketobroccoliday lol Want to get more #broccoli in your diet? Breakfast was broccoli and mushrooms sautΓ©ed in butter with a couple of eggs and feta cheese. I sipped on matcha green tea and #ProFitProtein throughout the day then had a #salad for lunch. On a bed of lettuce sprinkle some broccoli slaw for a fast and easy #summersalad Supper was enjoyed with a friend: broccoli salad, radishes, grape tomatoes and chicken cooked in a very tasty hickory sauce that was carb and sugar free. #janeshealthadventure I hope this inspires you to eat more broccoli ;-) Do you have a favorite #keto broccoli dish? Day 26: #keto #30dayhealthchallenge Breakfast: the green go cup has #greens and #ProFit #proteinpowder the glass jar is a delicious potion of home made #roasteddandelionroot coffee, sour cream, vanilla, an egg and stevia. Tastes like a hot caramel sundae, mmmm. Lunch: salad and broccoli with dip. The salad has flax oil, olive oil, seeds, feta and apple cider vinegar. Supper: lasagna without the noodles, so it's sauce with mushrooms, ricotta, onions, spinach and cheese. Doesn't present well in a bowl but filled my #ketobelly and tasted great. Day 25: a particularly active day. Breakfast: mixture of #greens that have #probiotics in them (8 servings of fruit and veg) and #ProFit #protein powder (with mood lifting superfoods). Lots of water too this morning at work. Lunch: leftovers from supper last night. Caulirice, cucumber salad and chicken. Supper: massive salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, cheese, olive oil, flax oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar (more beneficial bacteria). Then I went to the garden for the evening and chopped up bush, lol, good workout! Came home and had a #portobello mushroom stuffed with broccoli, feta cheese, thyme, butter, garlic and cayenne pepper.
