I like to keep shopping and meal prep simple, but I also enjoy a little variety in my life.
So what do I do?
For example, earlier this week I had a dish of ground beef, flaxseed, spinach, salt, garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning.
Tonight I prepared the exact same thing, except I rotated out the spinach for broccoli and rotated out the garlic/onion/Italian for Jamaican Jerk.
Taking this approach with only three meats, three veggies, three sources of fat, and three seasonings accommodates 81 different combinations.
