This little angel is Amari Harley of Jacksonville, Florida.
Amari, 3, was last seen this afternoon attending a party at Bruce Park, police said.
When they realized they hadn't seen him for a while, the family searched for him. When they could not find him, they contacted police.
Jacksonville Sheriff Office received a call about him being missing at 4:43 p.m. Police said they were told that Amari had been missing for over an hour.
This evening at 7:50 pm a body was found in a water-holding tank located underground inside the park. Officials say the body fits the description of Amari.
At a press conference this evening, police say they do not know how he got into the tank. The opening to the tank is in the ground and the tank is underground. Police did not release any information about the cover of the tank (whether it was open, unlocked etc).
Police called City workers out to drain the tank in the event that he had fallen inside and when it was drained, they found Amari.
An autopsy will be performed tomorrow to determine cause of death.
Our thoughts are with Amari's devastated mother and loved ones. Sleep peacefully baby boy...
