Killer class tonight. Started things off with our own 400 meter jog warmup before class started. After running thru the class warmup, it was time to get into some box (back) squats. First 6 sets were 3 reps, took the last two sets looking for a new one rep max. Hit it with 315#, which @rick_25 did as a set of 3 and made it look easy. Onto the main work out, 21-15-9 Deadlifts, Wall Balls & Handstand Pushups. Don't have my handstand pushp down like #jackedinthebox teammate, but I'm working on it.
