When I look back on these I'm reminded of where I was and how far I have come .... this was a few months ago down in turangi with the sis @mary.lambert79 and @quinnmatene testing out our 1 rep Max's. this was me on my squat for 80kgs, forms good and I'm pretty happy with how it moved... I moved on to 90kgs after that and although it was tough, I got it, then we went to 100kgs and I got stuck in the hole (mentally more than physically) 😑 ..... BUT now I repping 90kgs for 3 reps 5 sets, and even though I feeling like I'm not making and progress, I need to remind myself, that this shit takes time....
