It’s been SO hard to get myself back on track with my workouts since vacay! My body can do almost anything but it’s my mind I have to convince to get back on track. 😫
I miss 80 Day Obsession so I’m going to play around with the workouts and create a combo I can follow so I’m not lifting AND doing cardio the same day. It’s just too much for my back. Core De Force is really targeting my core which will help with strengthening my back so I’ll be adding it to the rotation for sure.
