Have you heard of meal prepping and not know where to start? Here are some tips that I have learned along the way and items that I have purchase led that make prepping faster. I’m someone who does not like wasting my time. I always think of the fastest and most efficient way of prepping.

My go to gadgets are: 👉hand held blender
👉crock pot
👉waffle maker
👉instapot
👉spiralizer
👉 bbq
👉 food scale
.
I cook all my meat at once. .
Cut up and store my veggies in bulk.
Make my grains and put them in containers.
.
Once I’ve done all that I then weigh and package each meal! It takes about 2 hours! I plan to do it sundays and Wednesdays! This saves a lot of time during the week as I get home at 730 bc of gym. I prep when I don’t have to go to the gym ! If you have any questions drop me a note below or DM me!❤️

1. 10 squat pulses w/ 10 in and outs with a dumbbell (repeat sequence 3x for 30 in and outs)
2. Backward lung w/ weighted single shoulder press (15 each side)
3. Squat to alternating lung sequence (count for 15 total squats)
4. Curtsey lung w/ dumbbell shoulder press (15 each side)
5. 10 in and outs with a squat hold then walking side lunges (count for 30 in and outs)
6. Squat jumps (30)
7. Lung hold w/ dumbbell row (15 each side)
8. Forward alternating lung w/ dumbbell shoulder press (20 total)
9. Seated alternating knee crunches (50)
10. Seated knee crunches (50)

REPEAT 2-3X

Keto Sausage Breakfast Sandwich ••INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Pinch red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3 slices cheddar
6 frozen sausage patties, heated according to package instructions
Avocado, sliced
DIRECTIONS
•In a small bowl beat eggs, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes together. Season generously with salt and pepper. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. •Pour about ⅓ of the eggs into the skillet. Place a slice of cheese in the middle and let sit about 1 minute. •Fold the sides of the egg into the middle, covering the cheese. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining eggs. •Serve eggs between two sausage patties with avocado. .
