I've finally joined the Fitbit brigade!! Time to get moving and exercising more. Did a 3 mile bike ride last night and was as red as a raspberry when I got home and legs were like jelly but I did it 😂😂 #fitbit#excercise#iwillloseweight
Mine are for relaxing on the porch, drinking coffee with my lovely wife, writing programs for the week, and reflecting on my goals and objectives. Its essential to truly pause, at least one day per week, to recuperate and get your mind into the right place. Stay strong...stay motivated!!
