A few clips from round 1 today: #back. I wasn't happy with my intensity in this one and reviewing the video only pisses me off even more ๐Ÿ˜ก. EVERY workout counts and EVERY set SHOULD be approached with consistency. I debated about posting this one because of my disappointment but also think it's crucial to be honest with mindset and distraction.
