Cardio is not so hard it when you change up your routine often!!! Day 2 of Clean Week was a sweaty, sweaty one. It was pretty challenging, well it's supposed to be, but it's all so very doable!
My favorite move was this side lunge row! It felt "great" on my outer hips, booty and core. It also worked my chest and shoulders.
Cardio to start the day and the time flies by because I was constantly moving and doing something different in a neat format again today. Four rounds, 3 moves per round, repeat each, 50 seconds per move then after the repeat, a 30 second cardio burst!
I'll take this set up any day over repetitive, mind numbing time on a machine!!! 🙌🏼
