What's the secret to losing weight (long term) and not gaining it back? Getting rid of the word "diet". I tried "diets"... HCG and eating 500 calories a day, Atkins, detoxes... I tried pills (green tea, garcinia cambogia), I tried wraps, and although I did get results they were short term and short lived and then the weight would come back with a vengance.
Now, I follow a meal plan that teaches me how to eat, a guide on how to fuel my body... a meal plan that allows CARBS and WINE! I am no longer "on a diet". I eat healthy because I CHOOSE TO eat this way... and when I want cookies, cake or margaritas, I have some of those too! But go right back to making better choices on my next meal, because it's a lifestyle.
So no more pills, teas or starvation for this girl!! I'll keep my carbs and wine, thank you very much 😝
