Sharing how Shaunay journey went. Trust me it wasn’t a cake walk. She initially contacted me 5/25/14 but didn’t join until right at a year later. Shaunay struggled on her first meal plan didn’t complete it. However, when she did her first plan she was 325.3lbs came back a year later weighing 360.6lbs and the rest is herstory.
Understand she didn’t come in thinking she could do it either. But here we are almost 200lbs down in 18 months later.
Read some of her comments looking for those overnight results. But she didn’t quit but had she quit she wouldn’t be almost 200lbs down either.

Good morning,

I am interested in your plans but I wanted to ask some questions.
The combo food and weight plan you have available is this plan 12 weeks of exercise plus 12 weeks of nutrition?

The nutrition part will this be based on foods I currently eat? Then u tailor a plan to fit? Will there be recipes?

For the exercise plan will this be at home based or combination home and gym? Will the plan take into account that. Everyone cannot do a burpee?

I'm not ready yet but I'm getting there within the next month I'll be purchasing. I have been losing weight on my own since the beginning of the year and right now I feel like I have plateaued. I am 30 down with at least 100-150 to go.

I'm very compliant with the meal plan and I hit the twist for both weeks. I would like to see more weight loss but I understand I did not gain it in two weeks so I cannot expect to lose it in two weeks.

I am disappointed with myself. I did not come here to continue my old lazy ways but that is what happened. I kept my food on point but the exercise has slacked.

My body hurts but the scale does not show my pain. I'll continue to work on me but this is truly a work in progress. I expected more but I understand this is about total body health not just a number on the scale.

Let’s Be Honest Being Fat Sucks!!! So my journey to lose all of this weight has not been easy. This week alone I was in the gym cursing to myself how did I let my body get this way. Burpees will do that to you 😂😂😂😂. I was rethinking life while doing burpees. Anyway my journey has not been easy and anyone who is trying to lose weight can’t expect it to be easy. I’ve had to give up some things in my life to reach my goals. I don’t do holidays or parties with my family, I don’t go out with my friends, and I isolate myself when we have work events(unless I can get out of them). Don’t get me wrong I’ve screwed up more than once but I always come back to what I know. I know that IUTBU works for me. For example I won the last contest and the next week I went to Cancun. I spoke with coach via phone prior to leaving for the trip. She told me what to do with my eating while I was there. I tried for a day. I had all my meals my measuring cups everything. I just stopped because I thought I had it. I ate whatever I wanted then I went to the gym and walked the resort a lot. I wasn’t in Cancun long but I gained 25lbs. Once I came back I was right back on plan. No matter what I always remember that I don’t want to go back to being the girl that was over 300lbs and invisible. Let’s be honest being fat sucks!!!! Take it one day at a time. Everyone does not lose the weight the same. Believe me when I stepped on the scale the last three Friday’s I’ve been doing a double take at the scale. I can’t believe how the number keeps going down when I don’t think I’m putting in as much as I could. Anyway keep at it the weight will go away and most importantly stick with a plan that works and you will see results. Going back and forth does not work and you have to stay disciplined.

19 short months ago Diva Shaunay was 20lbs away yes 20lbs away from 400lbs now all I want you to do is look at those shoulder caps.
We were as of Saturday past 26lbs away from her losing 200lbs on the IUTBU program. Yes I said losing 200lbs

You have to believe you deserve to lose the weight and you will.
This wasn't my Day 1 pic I had already dropped about 80lbs. Somehow I knew being obese wasn't supposed to be my destination.
Some lose 30, 40, 80lbs and start feeling themselves and say I look good. Not me, I lost those 80lbs in pic 1 and said I can do better.
I kept going and the rest is my story.
Know your worth don't fight being healthy fight to become healthy.
The journey NEVER ends.

When you want to quit and remember what that 💩 looks like.
S/N I personally don’t ever want to quit. This post is for those that give up on themselves because they are tired, hungry or the Sky is blue.
I’m all those things this morning but still pushing to get at least 1/2 in this morning and be ready for Grind 2 with bells on.
OAN When someone at the gym tell you, you look really good and to yourself you feel like a sack of 💩 but want to go and eat some powdered donuts so you can feel how they say you look but knowing that 💩 will backfire in the worse way. I’ll go home and eat for my goals food.
