I had breakfast with a friend this morning and let me tell you it was AMAZING. if you’re in San Diego, check out @snoozeameatery. I also made my mom pizza today 🍕 and had a big dinner. Stuffed to the brim and ready to bring it back a little tomorrow. Not in a way that I feel like I need to restrict myself, but in a way like I want to feel better and less stuffed 😂🤰🏼

I’ll be real, I hate meal prepping some weeks. I really love cooking but some Saturday mornings I’m like CAN I JUST HAVE ALL MY MEALS HANDED TO ME THIS WEEK PLS. This was one of those Saturdays. So I cooked 2 pounds of ground turkey, some squash and potatoes, cut up some bell peppers, and bought 2 bags of salad 🤷🏼‍♀️ Nothin fancy, but it works 👌🏼 I will forever encourage simplicity in meal prepping and life. #easypeasy -
