the body and mind have an amazing ability to wire patterns into the brain. some patterns were unaware of and we’ll continue floating through life unconsciously without the curiousity how or if we can change them.
...the other patterns were conscious of, well.. we make an effort for those ones. let’s wire in the good ones and be curious / work on the not so good ones! we choose which route we want!

Der Mythos einer erfolgreichen Diät? Eigentlich sind es vier simple Dinge die die Grundmauern bilden:

1. Kaloriendefizit, also weniger Kalorien über die Ernährung zuführen, als der Körper verbrennt. Hier scheitern die meisten, da viele Leute einfach keinen Überblick darüber haben, wieviel Kalorien sie wirklich zu sich nehmen. (Hier mal ein bisschen Soße, da mal ein Latte Macchiato).
2. Bewegung, nicht ausschließen das Training, sondern viel mehr die Bewegung im Alltag die unbewusst abläuft. Also Dinge wie Haushalt, wenig sitzen und immer wieder ein Stück gehen. Sport allein ist nur ein kleiner Bruchteil.
3. Schwer trainieren. Warum? Damit der Körper die Muskulatur weitestgehend erhält. Um alle Muskelfasern anzusprechen am besten in jedem Training alle Wiederholungsbereiche abdecken. Zum Beispiel einen Satz mit 6 Wiederholungen, einen mit 12 und einen mit 20.
4. Ausreichend schlafen. Schlaf regelt unseren kompletten Hormonhaushalt und damit ist er elementar für die körperliche Entwicklung, egal ob Diät oder Aufbau. Wenn unter der Woche kein Ausschlafen möglich ist, dann sollte man wenigstens am Wochenende versuchen soviel wie irgendwie möglich zu schlafen.
