Something I don't really talk about, but get questioned a lot on, is my Invisalign. .
Although every case is different, I thought I'd tell you a little about MY experience with these little miracle workers. I am currently on my 31st tray. I have about 23 attachments on. I do weekly changes, PER MY ORTHO's recommendation. Prior to getting these puppies, I had to have 4 pre molars removed. This experience was terrible. Then, the first week I had my trays I could not for the life of me remove them. I cried all week, weeks even, struggling to remove them, it was incredibly painful. I tried youtubing to see how everyone managed. I eventually switched my diet to soft foods and water because I could not get them out (I know, you're not suppose to eat with them in). For the first 6 MONTHS, it was a struggle, especially my bottom tray. I hated the chewies, it hurt too much to bite down. I struggled with quitting, but thank goodness I had people like @beverlia to offer advice and an ear.
Once I hit that 6 month mark, it significantly changed. I don't need tweezers to pry them off anymore and snapping them in is a breeze. I smile more. I don't feel embarrassed. I'm overcoming hurtful things people said about me. I am changing. I am growing. Thanks to @invisalign .
