I NEVER used to work out. I mean "working out" or "exercise" were just not in my vocabulary.. 😕 They should have been but they were not... I didn't think twice about my health. I lost my breath simply walking into a grocery store. I started to get embarrassed by it and I knew I couldn't let myself continue to not care.
I remember yelling and cursing at my tv and being soo out of breath and sweaty but I was making a change! Now I look forward to my workouts and I love to challenge myself.👊✌💪 I mean I would have NEVER thought I would do Insanity, let alone compete it!!!!👊👊 I am continuing to make this a LIFE STYLE CHANGE! And yeah, some days I don't feel like working out... but I don't give up and call it quits... I push through and find new ways to stay ACTIVE!
I used to be a girl who sat on the couch for hours on end with no desire to workout or change... That girl is gone (However, I still get sucked into Netflix binge watching sometimes 😂😂.
