Okay so today I started my new challenge group #operationhotbody.... and the reason I'm sharing this with you is because it is MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING!! It is pushing me OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE and I wasn't feeling it at all but I'm ready to make the shift๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ I didn't quit(even though I contemplated it like five time.... look I'm being honest)
I kept moving and modified when I needed too... but I didn't quit. I'm a strong believer in pushing myself to get my best results and this is going to do it!! I have a couple spots open if your ready to step out of your comfort zone and get some results!

I am currently down to 153Lbs. My goal weight is 145, so I'm almost there!! But I just got a memory notification from my photo app and started scrolling through my pics from last year and I just can't even believe that was me!! I feel so much better and my clothes are more comfortable and I can run around with prestyn and not be exhausted after 5 minutes! I am so happy to finally be at a healthier weight and so close to completing my goals!! From 34% to 17% to now 15% Body Fat, it's not easy waking up at 4:45am every morning to go and workout but it comes with two things dedication and consistency. Really didn't want to post this at all because I've worked so hard this last week, I really upped my game, but the scale still likes to be mean to me... I refuse to believe this is a gain of fat, in fact I think it's either water weight or muscle. I've worked so hard and have stayed on track almost perfectly all week so I'm expecting a big drop in the next few weeks ๐Ÿ˜ I have to stay positive

I NEVER used to work out. I mean "working out" or "exercise" were just not in my vocabulary.. ๐Ÿ˜• They should have been but they were not... I didn't think twice about my health. I lost my breath simply walking into a grocery store. I started to get embarrassed by it and I knew I couldn't let myself continue to not care.
I remember yelling and cursing at my tv and being soo out of breath and sweaty but I was making a change! Now I look forward to my workouts and I love to challenge myself.๐Ÿ‘ŠโœŒ๐Ÿ’ช I mean I would have NEVER thought I would do Insanity, let alone compete it!!!!๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š I am continuing to make this a LIFE STYLE CHANGE! And yeah, some days I don't feel like working out... but I don't give up and call it quits... I push through and find new ways to stay ACTIVE!
I used to be a girl who sat on the couch for hours on end with no desire to workout or change... That girl is gone (However, I still get sucked into Netflix binge watching sometimes ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.
