I don’t remember the last time I weighed what I do now but it’s been a minute. I finally had to buy smaller compression pants and got to say in a store, “They don’t have my size. These are all too big.” On the left, I had just started #keto and was making huge losses weekly. Today, they’re a bit slower because I’m also back in a gym routine, but I am losing inches much faster! On the left I am wearing a 2X shirt and compression pants and on the right I’m in an XL shirt (that’s really too big) and L compression pants. #thisketolife #thisismyketo #itdoesntgeteasieryougetstronger #ketowin

In February, I told my husband, "I want to become a personal trainer. I have the passion and determination to make it happen." I also told him "upon making this decision, I want to see if I still feel the same way in 6 months." I put everything aside and continued on with my journey.

3 weeks ago, I was telling a close friend about the program I created for myself and what I had accomplished this far. She mentioned how she wanted to get back to the gym. I told her to come over the next morning and we would go together. She pushed herself and kept up with everything I threw at her. Next thing I knew, I was creating a program for her. In one day, it all fell into place. Thank you @kelseydawn14. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be a part of your journey. Thank you for believing in me from the beginning, when I first mentioned I wanted to become a personal trainer. Thank you for training with me so I can gain more experience. You are an incredible person! 💖

Super psyched I was able to fit in my "skinny " Jeans this morning. No lie; I would try these on every month and pray they would fit again... Today I wore them to work comfortably. It definitely started my Friday out right and it makes me proud of what I have accomplished in a year after having my Chloe.

I surprised Stone today and joined him for his last training session of the summer with @nelson_carroll_fitness. Stone was so excited, and we had so much fun! Are you the type of person who allows yourself to get into your own head? To convince yourself this is too long or too hard to finish? 80DO helped me conquer that because it was both long AND hard, but I was part of a test group the 1st time and running a challenge group the 2nd and KNEW I couldn’t let my teams down. Of course I do this for me, but accountability has been a HUGE help 👍🏻
LIIFT4 is a completely different program...4 days per week, 35 minutes average per workout...ZERO time to get into my own head!!! I had a pretty rough morning of not feeling well, which meant staying home from work (which I HATE doing) along with not working out when I first got up 😞 .
Turns out my body doesn’t like high doses of ibuprofen, so I’m on track to introduce good bacteria back into my gut. Thankful that it was nothing serious, and nothing some probiotics can’t fix. 🌱

Even more so, I was happy to feel well enough to get my workout in today! I was pretty bummed when I didn’t do it earlier, but I was capable of pushing play and lifting even harder today. 🏋🏻‍♀️
