15 bicep curls (5 wide, 5 front, 5 hammer)
15 tricep dips
12 chest press
12 bridge with tricep extension
50 ankle taps

Today's home workout:
10 incline pushups
8 plank rows (1 right, 1 left = 1 rep)
15 side steps (resistance band added)
15 dumbbell hip thrusts
12 bridge chest press
15 donkey kicks
12 fire hydrants (resistance band added)
30 second jump rope
30 second side to side jump rope
Repeat 4x
If you don't have a jump rope you can just pretend, it's the motion that counts!!
