Global dining... Next Friday we take our global dining concept to @glynneathgc.
Each month will see us use a different cuisine. Authentic, seasonal menus from different countries. Allowing our diners to try new, international dishes without crossing the boarder.
Each event will have live entertainment and a raffle all in the price of the ticket.
For our first event we've chosen to go Italian.
A trio of arrancinis.
A classic Italian food, with classic flavours.
The trio of arrancinis include Sun dried tomato and basil, mozzarella, beetroot and thyme.
A cross cut shin of beef Slow braised and finished in a rich red wine jus, with seasonal veggies and roast potatoes.
Winter berry Panna cotta.
