Supplements ♥️ I'm asked about the supplements I take almost daily so here it is. Keep in mind supplements are not quick fixes or magic pills...to be effective they are to be used in conjunction with good diet and training! Over the past month I've been using @ehplabs 🙌🏻
1️⃣Thermogenic fat burner - #oxyshred Shred mode is on!!! I also use this as a preworkout as it contains caffeine and gives a good energy kick (without the crash)! Mango is my favourite I've tried so far!
2️⃣ BCCAs - #BeyondBCAAs I sip on this during my training session and sometimes between meals! Amino acids are crucial for muscle repair and growth, plus helps my sweet tooth! Pineapple 🍍👌🏼
3️⃣ Protein - #IsoPept this has virtually zero fat and carbs. Whey protein is perfect post workout as it's a convenient and fast absorbing protein which will help with muscle recovery, repair and growth. I also have this protein mixed in my oats!!! Chocolate PB 😍👏🏼
Other supplements/vitamins I take: vitamin C, cortRX, magnesium, probiotics & digestive enzymes.
