OVERNIGHT OATS WITH APPLE & CINNAMON! 🍏😋🍯
Preparation time: 35 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup low-fat milk
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop OxyWhey Vanilla Ice Cream Lean Protein Powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
ground½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey
1 medium-sized apple, cored and cut into small cubes.
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, OxyWhey Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well until combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide the mixture between two serving glasses.
3. Add one tablespoon of honey to each portion. Top with apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
