A little #MondayMotivation to start the week off right 👌🏼 Had a few too my sweet treats this weekend and trying to kick that sweet tooth so you can start the week strong? We all go a little over board sometimes, especially on the weekends! Here is a recipe that you can keep in your freezer and grab whenever you feel a craving coming on!
BIRTHDAY CAKE BARK 😍🎂
2 Scoops @teamallmax #ISOFLEX Birthday Cake
40g Melted Coconut Oil
A Splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Sprinkles optional because ISOFLEX already has them😍
Mix protein and coconut oil into a bowl and stir & add almond milk as you go to get the right consistency (around 2-3 tbsp). Layer into a waxed 8X8 pan (or any pan you have) and put into the freezer for 30 minutes. When it's frozen take it out and break it into pieces (as even as possible)
MACROS for 1 piece (I broke mine into 13 pieces)
MACROS for the ENTIRE batch (In case you wanted to break it into less or more)
The MACROS won't be spot on in every piece because it is hard to get every piece an even weight. But I just stretch this treat over 4 days and track a 1/2 scoop of protein and 5g coconut oil for each day. If you track everyday, your MACROS will even out by weeks end. And if you don't track then just disregard this and enjoy your sweet guilt free Birthday Cake Bark!!
💥NOTE💥 YOU CAN ALSO CUT OUT THE COCONUT OIL AND USE JUST ALMOND MILK! The texture/taste won't be as good as with the oil but if you're on a super low MACRO count then this is a great way to get in your protein AND cure that sweet tooth!
