A piece of "afterparty tip" right in time for Xmas. What to do next day after a very good night out:
💫First important move is instead of going for sweet and fatty stuff, we go for everything that is salty and sour (yogurt, berries, tomato soup, pickled sandwich, lemony stuff, apple cider vinegar, miso soup, olives 👌🏻etc.). Also you definitely want a banana.
💫Go for a 20-30 min brisk walk to activate metabolic processes. While walking, keep the same tempo (important) and breathe through the nose only 👃🏻 (this will help to restore normal breathing and the distorted CO2 balance; when you sleep under affect of alcohol, you breathe out way too much, causing gaseous exchange imbalances at the cells)
💫Keep drinking water, tea and all other good liquids
You'll be cured very fast 🤗
🍶If you catch yourself in time and decide to do something about it before you go to bed, then instead of drinking water, have sports drink (or berocca) instead. It will restore your electrolytes deficiency caused by dehydration, which will help you massively next day. #nutritiontips #xmas
